Fase 19Fase 19 in Coral Estate is een architectonisch statement waar rust, ruimte en ritme samenkomen. De villa’s zijn vormgegeven met een sterke focus op eenvoud en elegantie: zwart, wit en grijs stucwerk vormen een strak geheel met natuursteen (Ibiza stone) en meranti hout. Deze zorgvuldig gekozen materialen zorgen voor een ingetogen luxe die perfect past in het tropische landschap. Grote raampartijen en open plattegronden creëren een continue dialoog tussen binnen en buiten, waarin licht, lucht en uitzicht centraal staan.
LIVING IN LIGHT AND LAYERS
This villa in Coral Estate (Fase 19) embraces its hillside location with a layered architectural concept that flows with the natural topography. A horizontal volume, defined by sleek white planes and deep black frames, creates a refined contrast while maintaining harmony with its surroundings.
Large glass openings allow for uninterrupted views of the Caribbean landscape, blurring the boundaries between inside and out. The open living space transitions effortlessly into the pool terrace, where natural stone, light wood slats, and volcanic gravel reflect the textures of the island.
The result is a minimal yet warm design; functional and sculptural, where light, material and setting form a serene living experience.

Contrasting colors and textures are brought together to shape a refined villa concept, perfectly suited for the Caribbean. A combination of black, white, and gray stucco, natural Ibiza stone and warm meranti wood creates a balanced and timeless composition.
Generous black-framed openings enhance the sense of space and connect the interior with the outdoor living areas. These architectural lines frame the surrounding landscape, allowing the villa to fully embrace its views and setting.
Architecture should speak of its time and place, but yearn for timelessness.
