Feng Shui Villa
Feng Shui VillaFeng Shui Villa is a striking new-build residence situated on a generous, green plot in the Dutch countryside. The design is defined by strong horizontal lines, refined use of concrete and natural stone, and a distinctive rounded volume wrapped in vertical wooden slats. This sculptural upper floor contrasts warmly with the minimalist base and houses the villa’s most private functions.
The villa is shaped around a seamless connection between interior and exterior, guided by Feng Shui principles that introduce flowing movement and material harmony. Large glass façades invite the surrounding landscape inside, enhancing the sense of spatial openness and calm. Feng Shui Villa unites aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability in one bold architectural gesture.
ARCHITECTURE IN BALANCE
WITH NATURE

Nestled in the lush surroundings of Goirle, Feng Shui Villa embodies a contemporary interpretation of spatial harmony. Drawing from the principles of Feng Shui, the design carefully balances the five elements: water, wood, fire, earth and metal; through material choices and spatial flow.
The villa’s architectural language is defined by a strong horizontal base in concrete and stone, crowned by a rounded timber volume that adds softness and vertical rhythm. Interior spaces open generously to the landscape, allowing daylight and nature to shape the daily experience. This residence is not just built for living, it is designed for balance.
Used materials
essential
The material palette of Feng Shui Villa is composed with a focus on texture, contrast, and natural harmony. White stucco provides a bright and minimal backdrop, while beige travertine adds warmth and organic elegance to the structure. Vertical wooden slats introduce rhythm and soften the architecture with a natural grain, blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Textured concrete elements ground the villa, adding sculptural depth and tactile strength to its serene composition.

The place is a result of nature and time; this is the most important aspect.
