Tucked into a peaceful landscape, Wing House is a striking interpretation of modern minimalism and architectural clarity. This one-story residence is defined by its refined geometry, open floor plan and seamless connection between interior and garden. With a layout organized around a central living core, all private and functional spaces are purposefully distributed to maintain both privacy and spatial flow.

The restrained palette of materials, light brickwork, black vertical cladding and expansive glass; reinforces the villa’s understated yet confident presence. The façade appears closed from the outside, offering privacy, while generous openings to the garden create a tranquil sense of openness within. Nature becomes part of the architecture, blurring the lines between inside and out.

Minimal living with a view

A LINEAR DESIGN ROOTED IN TRANQUILITY

Wing House is a serene and sculptural one-story residence that translates minimalist principles into a refined architectural statement. The design unfolds around a clear linear axis, where three volumes; each with their own function, interlock to define living, sleeping and service spaces. This structured rhythm provides clarity and calm, enhanced by the use of natural textures and clean lines.

Built with soft grey brick and black detailing, the house presents a monolithic façade toward the street, offering privacy and shelter. Toward the garden, large glass openings reveal the full openness of the design, inviting daylight and nature deep into the interior. Carefully placed patios and transitions blur the boundaries between architecture and landscape, creating a calm, continuous living experience.

Contrasting tones and textures define this contemporary villa concept. Deep black stucco, sleek black frames, and natural grey bricks are thoughtfully composed to create a bold yet refined atmosphere.

The use of polished concrete flooring adds a smooth, tactile element, enhancing the clean geometry of the design while grounding the home in a sense of understated elegance. Together, these materials form a harmonious balance between strength and sophistication.
